1. What are the production minimums?

150 pieces per model.

 

2. How long to deliver my production?

Estimated delivery times are 2-3 weeks.

Note: This will also depend on the production schedule.

We have partial deliveries of more than 10,000 pieces, this in order to optimize deliveries.

3. Do you have guarantees?

Our products are guaranteed by:

Factory defect (Rupture, stains, ripping, etc.)

 

The return of caps for any defect can be made only 8 business days after delivery to the customer.

 

Note: Our guarantees adhere to the AQL quality standard.

4. Do you have additional services?

We have professionals in the design area who can provide you with personalized attention, as well as sampling area, sales advice, experts in punching, embroidery, screen printing and sublimation area.

 

5. Do you make physical samples?

Yes, we have an area specialized in samples that will provide you with attention and service in the development process of your or your prototypes.

6. Do the samples have a cost?

Yes, all samples have a cost, the cost depends on the type of cap you need. An advisor will help you with the quotes at all times.

7. How long does it take to make a sample?

The sampling times range from 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the processes involved in your project) the dates are scheduled from the completion of your payment.

8. Do you carry out confidentiality contracts?

Yes, if your project requires it, we can generate a confidentiality contract.

However, we always respect the art and identity of each of the brands we work with.

9. Who pays for the shipping of my production?

The customer pays the shipping, however, we have agreements with parcels in case you require it or there is the possibility that you choose the parcel of your choice.

 

10. How do you deliver my order?

We have 2 sizes of boxes, one of 150 pieces and the other of 300 pieces, it is a master box where you protect the product in an individual box, in addition your product is wrapped in a dust protection bag.

 

11. What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
